The online costumer service is happening normally and we are adapting to make it always better.
The face-to-face service, on the other hand, is restricted to cases of great need and by appointment (if the public sector does not determine otherwise).
Production
Production continues to happen. However, with the logistics and supply problems with national and international suppliers during the pandemic, we adapted production according to the availability of parts and some deadlines are being revised. WHAT WE DON'T DO
Services on other bicycles
We focus on producing our bikes. We do not do maintenance, modification, repair, painting and restoration services on other bicycles, but we can indicate local businesses for this services.
Aluminum, titanium and carbon fiber
We only produce steel frames, forks and racks.
Forks sold separately
We produce forks only with the frames.
Tandem, minivelo, cargo, recumbent, bmx, etc
We strive to offer the best products always, so we focus on producing what we do best and that we have knowledge and adequate machinery.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments by deposit, transfer or credit card.
International orders.
For international orders, payments are made through Paypal.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our frames and forks.
We believe in our products. If you have a problem with your frame or fork produced by us - which is our fault, as a manufacturing problem - we will solve it for free, always. Now, if you caused the problem, we can offer support and repair options, but that cost will be up to you. This warranty covers only manufacturing or material problems; not covering wear or damage caused by misuse, falls, accidents or collisions.

The other products sold by us follow the legal guarantee.
Important.
The guarantee can be made effective through repairs, replacement or refund, based on common sense. It is only valid for the original owner. We do not cover damages for misuse or products that have undergone modifications.

STOCK MODELS AND CUSTOM PROJECTS
Stock models
These are projects developed by us based on years of experience. Each order has the bike geometry optimized to better serve the owner, but the geometry and bike specifications follow the model standards and cannot be changed.
Custom projects
Custom projects that derive or not from our stock models. There is the possibility to choose the geometry, mounts, specifications and more according to the customer's preferences.
LEAD TIME
We are a small workshop and the orders are very personalized. We produce in small batches and keep a waiting list.
The current queue time for new projects is around 4 months. Production takes up to 2 months. Contact us for updated information.
Production time depends on several factors, many related to imports. We provide updated estimates and are transparent about the lead time and the production progress. We trust in your understanding for delay cases.
FREIGHT AND SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
The freight cost is due to the buyer and is added to the order price.
The shipment is carried out within one week after the order conclusion.
BRAZIL.
Shipping is normally done by PAC with Correios and, for larger volumes, by other companies.
Framesets:
- South Region: R$180
- Southeast and Midwest Region: R$195
- North and Northeast Region: R$25
Bicycles:
- South Region: R$30
- Southeast and Midwest Region: R$400
- North and Northeast Region: R$550

We ship worldwide through Correios (local Post Office)
The freight cost for a frameset varies from country to country, usually from $70 to $90 usd. The estimated delivery time after shipping is 30 days. All shipments have full insurance coverage for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Local taxes may apply to you and your country's courier service may charge additional fees. DHL shipping is also possible.
